Homemade masks for removing pimples !!

Pimples can be successfully removed at home. In order to achieve this, you will have to be consistent in your facial care. Below you will find some masks recommended for dealing with pimples.

The yeast mask

Mix fresh live yeast the amount of a walnut with two tablespoons of whole milk. Blend until a paste forms and spread it on your face. Keep the paste on for 20 minutes and remove it with a cotton ball dipped in chamomile brew. Do not wash your face with water for at least two hours after the procedure. Do this mask once a week for a month and then do it once every two or three weeks for preventive purposes.

Face cleansing solution

Ingredients:
1 bottle of camphor alcohol extract
1 bottle of hydrogen peroxide
1 bottle of rose water
Mix all ingredients together. Crystals may form, but this should not bother you. Use this solution to cleanse your face in the evenings. The solution is especially recommended for skin prone to acne.

Brewer’s yeast

Brewer’s yeast can be found in drug stores, in combination with different vitamins. Brewer’s yeast +A, C, E is used for treating vitamin A, C and E deficiency and deficiencies in vitamins of the B group. Brewer’s yeast builds up the immune system and elevates the natural resistance of the body. It has an overall strengthening effect and can help in the healing of some skin problems such as acne. Brewer’s yeast makes the skin smooth and restores its elasticity, while also returning softness and luster to the hair and hardening the nails. It is used during reanimation after heavy workouts or illness. It has a beneficial effect on the development of young bodies, especially during puberty.

Seaweed helps in the fight against wrinkles and aging !!

Certain kinds of seaweed contain substances which can be very effective in the battle against wrinkles and aging.
  • Minerals: such as sodium and potassium (which regulate the water balance), sodium chloride and calcium (which are good for the teeth and bones), magnesium (helps in the regulation of the cardio-vascular and muscular systems), iron (which helps transfer oxygen to the cells) and iodine (regulates metabolism and the function of the thyroid).
  • They are also rich in microelements: phosphorus (which provides energy), boron, fluoride and copper (which have and anti-inflammatory effect), sulfur, magnesium, chrome, barium and nickel (which aid the absorption of iron), vanadium, silver, titanium and silicon (also known as “the beauty minerals”, because they help the skin and capillaries retain their elasticity).
  • Seaweed contains vitamins A, B1, B5, B12, C, E, D (essential for normal metabolism), pro-vitamin D and also the pigments chlorophyll and xanthophyll.
  • Sugars such as glucose, galactose, mannose, xylose, arabinose and rhamnose.
High-quality cosmetic products use seaweed harvested from the depths of the sea, since the kinds that grow close to the surface lose some of their healing properties.

Today there are around 30,000 kinds of seaweed known to man. Scientists have discovered that one kilogram of seaweed contains as much minerals, microelements, amino acids and plant hormones as are found in 100, 000 liters of sea water. The thousands of different enzymes are extremely valuable for proper digestion.

Seaweeds have a cleansing and detoxifying effect on the body. They are extremely rich in beta-carotene, vitamins C and E, manganese, zinc, magnesium, calcium, copper, iron, selenium, chrome and other elements used for the production of antioxidant enzymes in the body, which in turn counteract the free radicals responsible for premature aging. Research shows that women who consume more seafood rarely suffer from osteoporosis and have a stronger skeletal system.
Seaweeds activate the nervous system and help fight depression, sadness and the lack of concentration. Seaweed therapy refreshes the skin, tones it and gives it a healthier look.

Computer rays are harmful to facial skin !

Skin, especially of the dry type, gets easily dehydrated, loses its elasticity and strength. Furthermore, the attack of harmful rays from daily computer use can lead to premature wrinkle formation.

German scientists have discovered that tomatoes and cabbage are excellent means for protecting the skin from the harmful rays. They recommend daily consumption of a combined weight of 500-700 grams of cabbage and tomatoes.

Their colleagues from the Netherlands advise that after working on the computer for prolonged periods of time, relaxing compresses should be done by placing a towel dipped in a solution of mineral salts or red cedar over the face for 2 minutes.

Chinese doctors recommend drinking a few sips of water every half hour in order to refresh the face while working on the computer. Lemon or grapefruit juice can be added to the water for a stronger effect.

They also recommend drinking 300ml of fresh green tea every day, because it neutralizes the influence of the harmful computer rays.

Rubbing the skin of the face with a piece of fresh apple or frozen fruit juice also has a beneficial effect.

Japanese specialists advise placing potted cactus plants around the computer monitor, because they attract 50% of the radiation. Research results also show that cactus plants refresh dry air, supplying it with oxygen.

Canadian scientists are of the opinion that spraying water on the face is the best way to counteract the harmful effects of prolonged computer use. Simply spray your face with a spray bottle of mineral water or rub it with a wet tissue. If you are wearing makeup you can use deep hydration thermal spray, which will not only restore the natural moisture of your skin, but also fixates the makeup and makes it longer lasting.

Against dryness Lithuanian doctors recommend washing the skin with rye bread. Cover a piece of rye bread with hot water and when it cools strain. Use the water to wash your face several times throughout the day.

Interesting right ! :D
